JOB DESCRIPTION:

To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their concern on - Registration on P Miles Card - Customer Data Update

To service and assist customers to solve the problems by providing the right solution

Working Hours : Monday - Sunday; 5-days week with 2 days off (rotating), 9am - 6pm, and working on Public Holiday (5-days week, rotating off days)

Working Location : TM Annexe 1 Bangsar

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM with 1 years relevant working experience. Basic in English & BM in both written & spoken

2. Candidate must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin

3. Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills).

4. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.

5. Demonstrate patience and ability to resolve customer concerns. (ie. project a "Smiling" voice & active listening skills)

7. Typing skills 40 wpm with 85% accuracy.

BASIC: RM2600 TO RM3500

Allowance:

1. Language Allowance RM300

2. Pay For Performance (PFP) RM 300 per month subject to meeting the set of KPI given.
