Industrialise new products and new technology into production. Ensure close working interface as business partner between plant and R&D. Provide technical support by triggering the necessary industrialization activities and business improvement measures, introduction, development and maintenance of specifications.

Assess plant readiness based on future R&D requirements in term of invest and capacity.
Drive process to translate R&D requirement into tangible impacts on the plant (in term of invest, capacity, capability)

Build up a thorough understanding of R&D processes within the plant organization.
Promote new technologies tire sizes and products within the plant.
Act as main technical interface to R&D and keep open and honest communication between R&D & plant

Support planning & manufacturing of experimental Tire Order and responsible for on time delivery and reports.
Ensure SOP of new products and technologies according to R&D requirements and plant objectives.
Lead structured problem solving tasks/projects for industrialization challenges in the plant.
Execute industrialization activities of new and experimental materials, products and processes in close cooperation with R&D.
Offer technical alternatives which are optimized for process capabilities, cost, minimized rework and comply with the established Release Notice Procedure, Cured Tire Dimensions and QMD Standards.
Ensure that internal KPIs are met on a consistent basis and initiate structured problem solving tasks in case of deviations.

Drive 3-4-1 concept within the plant
Provide technical support to production on performance relevant constructional/tyre engineering issues by using appropriate problem solving methods.
Promote teamwork and efficient distribution of tasks within the 3-4-1 and business team concept within the plant organization.

Supervise and manage projects related to industrialization and continuous improvement.
Working with project management structure in the plant for a successful implementation within a given timeline.

Accept the responsibility and striving for excellence in all work processes and outcomes, honoring organization policies and all regulatory requirements.
Ensure product quality by excellent industrialization processes.

Ensuring that all Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management System conform with requirments of International Standard (ISO9001,IATF16949,ISO14001 and ISO45001) by adhering to clause related to Roles & Responsibilities.

Qualifications

1) Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Technical field with advanced English.

2) Minimum 3-5 years experience within Quality, Production and/or Process Management.
Minimum 3-5 years with leadership experience in similar function.

3) Hold leadership position for at least 3 years.

4) Has demonstrated intercultural sensitivity and inclusive behavior. Has worked and lived abroad in another culture (recommended).
Is willing to travel internationally.
