• Maintain close alignment of forecast accuracy to ensure optimum supply of stocks to the trade and effectively managing inventory.
• Responsible for coordinating monthly pre-demand and demand planning meetings.
• Effectively manage inventory in distributors warehouse to achieve optimum stocks holding level.
• Oversee the supply planning process, forecasting and operation for Singapore market ensuring that monthly forecast is submitted by specific deadline and updated accurately in system.
• Inventory management and responsible for stocks replenishment to planned target level.
• Accurate and timely submission of orders.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities for planning processes, setting up and preparing systems process and liaise with 3 PL partners and supply points to ensure service level agreements are being met where required.
• Develop and create strategies and policies in supply chain, inventory and distribution management, streaming, cost reduction, client interaction, process improvement and process optimization to meet business objectives.
• Key role withing the leadership teams in dialogues and managing forecasting process.
• Set up/update/maintain/track and monitor service level agreement.
• Managing/sourcing repacking agency processes related to planning.
• Track any non-fulfillment and update functional departments on stocks status and replenishment.
• Follow up on any matters arising prior to any meetings.
• Customer compliant investigation turnaround within KPI.
• Monitoring and fulfillment of KPIs with sufficient review frequency with relevant parties.
• Periodic review of KPIs and performance with management on other tasks as assigned.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Being point of contact regarding quality, managment, finance & system and Distributor (Shipment Sales) management (Shipping & Logistic Planning and Execution, Order Fulfillment). About you \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related areas.

• Proven work experience as in planning especially in management of administrative operations/systems/team.
• Strong communication ability, including written and spoken English.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Digital fluency.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
