Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management support, Technical Support
- Ensure project execution performance
- Dealing with various stakeholders
- Management of Process Standardization Management
- Development of Process Standardization Management
- PM Process Audit / PJ Inspection
- Standardization Improvement Activities
- Skill Management and Development for Members
- Training implementation (For Existing, Mid-Hires, and New Graduation members)
- Productivity Performance Management (Analysis and Evaluation)
- Quality & Cost Management (Analysis and Evaluation)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required more than 5 years\' experience in software development environment, and more than 5 years\' experience in Project Management/PMO tasks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, creative and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Verbally and Written)
- Knowledge in Quality Management System / ISO9001 will be added advantage.
