Responsible to delegate new enquiries for processing by drafters and verify the output.
Responsible to assign awarded projects to drafters to generate shop drawings, final material extract and related documents.
Responsible for attending to customers complain on technical or quality issues and follow up until resolve.
Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management.
Responsible to update relevant sections of monthly report and submit to Technical Manager.
Responsible to conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material in Logistics warehouse.
Responsible to compile presentation materials and upkeep database on technical matters for organisational knowledge.
Attend to internal meeting.
Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goal.
Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower.
Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard.
Ensure Technical Team abide with Company Directive and OPPs.
Responsible to any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
