Job Description
xefxbbxbfJob Responsibilities:- Assist Principal in providing leadership to teachers in development and implementation of teaching and day to day operation.- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff and visitors, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.- Develop strategies to market and maintain the school's student enrolment to maximise the school capacity.- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community.- Organise school events Oversee the renewal process of centre's licensing in accordance to all government agencies requirements.Requirements/Qualifications:- Must possess at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Education field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.- Work experience in kindergarten management is an added advantage.- Passionate, motivated, able to exhibit love, care and responsibility towards children.- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Sub Specialization : Others;Any
