Position level : Staff/ Principal Reporting to : APAC Director (Sg) Job Function: * Identify training needs and perform training for sales department * To build sales capabilities to improve and accelerate Capital Equipment(\xe2\x80\x9cCE\xe2\x80\x9d) revenue growth across APAC aligning with business strategy. * To develop and to deliver Sales Learning and Development programs as well as Sales Effectiveness Programs for CE business, for both company personnel (i.e. sales manager, sales reps) and external sales network (e.g. distributors and 3rd party) in local countries in APAC. * Evaluates and continuously creates programs to ensure the ongoing development of organizational capability to accelerate CE growth (assets, consumables and contracts revenue) and to improve customer satisfaction in all APAC countries. Responsibilities: This role will drive building the following capabilities in sales orgs across region: - Capable to build CE opportunity pipelines, effective management of sales process and increase the win rate for sales of CE business. - Maximize lifetime opportunities of CE business, which is to maximize the utilization of CE and the service contracts / parts sales.
