Responsible for process control for sub-assembly processes.
Familiar with manual assembly process in cable assembly or related industry.
Good knowledge of soldering / welding equipment set-up and process control.
Experience in handling of RMA parts.
Responsible for process development and control of transfer projects.
Provide technical support, guidance, and training to production to ensure the products are built within the specification, and the machines and equipment are running optimally and cost effectively.
Enhance Manufacturing operations and systems to improve production yield and efficiency.
Develop best practices and innovation solutions for yield continual improvement and reduce waste.
Work with quality team and production team on customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure the concern are addressed and resolved effectively.
Establish the system procedures and the standard operating procedures for new processes.
Ensure critical processes and control points are properly controlled for consistent performance.
Keep workplace safe and healthy by ensuring that policies and safety procedures are followed.
Job Requirements:
Degree in mechanical or Electrical & Electronics engineering.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
Candidates with experiences in cable and connector industry will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experiences in equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of process control and improvement activities.
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Good in the skill of data analysis and statistical aptitude.
Excellent attention to detail.
