• Drive and execute the strategic transformation agenda, leveraging expertise as a black belt process expert to ensure alignment with operational goals and objectives.
• Provide advanced guidance in Operational Excellence, applying black belt process expertise to steer initiatives and drive meaningful change.
• Utilize black belt process expertise to implement holistic change strategies, coaching and empowering individuals through advanced process reengineering, digitization, and structural changes.
• Demonstrate mastery in process management practices across diverse business lines and functions, applying advanced process improvement methodologies and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Lead talent development initiatives focused on enhancing black belt process expertise within the organization. Ensure governance of Operational Excellence processes, adhering to regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred.
• At least 8-10 years in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles within the consulting or financial services industry.
• Proven expertise as a Black Belt process expert with a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Experience in driving significant process improvements and achieving tangible results at a strategic level is required.
• Strong leadership qualities and exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
