This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment.

Web Development Specialist
-Identifies, analyses, and documents business requirements and improve end to end process throughout the project life cycle.
-Strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the stakeholders.
-Develops project plans, communicates changes and provide training to impacted stakeholders
-Translates business requirements to System/Functional requirements, and then work with web developer for resolution.
-Studies operational and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Organize project review meetings and present slides to pursue decision from key stake holders.
-Ensure projects delivered on time.

Job Qualifications
-At least a Degree in Engineering or in a related field is required.
-Minimum 5-8 years working experience in product or project management.
-Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
-Good interpersonal skills and very good communication skills to liaise between different departments/groups.
-An excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player
-Ability to work with various senior stakeholders
-PMP certification or PMO experience is a plus
