We can\'t do it alone though - this is where you come in.Procurement Processing:Process purchase requisitions and orders within purchasing authority.Collaborate closely with WORQ Outlet teams to ensure all purchase orders are well communicated and delivered on time and in good condition.Respond to inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.Cost Recognition and Reporting:Understand the company\xe2\x80\x99s cost structure and perform accurate and timely cost recognition for director claims and other operating expenses.Assist in maintaining records of outstanding open purchase orders.Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the finance team and C-level officers.Assist with any ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by the team.Community and Company Initiatives:Participate in company community initiatives, such as business networking events and member engagement activities.Assist and participate in company and community events.QualificationsUndergoing Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalentSome experience in an office environment preferredExperience with Microsoft / Google Office Suite * Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentSolid organizational skills and attention to detail
