Sound interesting?Then come and join our Malaysia team as Procurement Assistant (On contract) to Support day to day procurement operational activities such as sourcing requests, documentation and interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders (cross functional teams) for purchases relating to healthcare medical accessories, devices and relating services such as construction, maintenance & service.Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for liaising with departmental managers and project teams to determine their sourcing demand & requirements, understand the scope and ensure the requirements are drafted clearly and comprehensively in preparation for next step.
• You are responsible for liaising with third party suppliers to ensure their offers meet our requirements and specifications in terms of product, service, and quality objectives.
• You are responsible to send out Request for Quotations (RFQ) to third party suppliers, follow up with suppliers for quotations and pricing, document the quotations received (Quotation Summary Sheet).
• You are required to support role in negotiating with suppliers under guidance by procurement manager.
• You are responsible to assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and adhere to compliance.
• You are responsible for departmental administrative task such as maintaining supplier information, new supplier onboarding and sourcing update/report.

• Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any stream.
• At least 3 years of operational purchasing or junior buyer experience in a business environment.
• Strong experience with procurement.
