Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and coordinate all procurement related activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coach, support, motivate and monitor SOURCING & DEVELOPMENT activities and team member\xe2\x80\x99s performance. SOURCING \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead team in regular RFP/RFQ process, analyze and evaluate vendor proposals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with suppliers/sub-con on sourcing of products or services, price negotiations, quality, volume, lead times, contracts and payment terms, obtain various quotations and contract agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and recommend actions with clear supportive analysis on implications evaluation and decision process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement sourcing strategies for the Procurement department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and support sales & marketing requirement in pre-sales & project requirement in after-sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other related task assigned by immediate superior. DEVELOPMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Regularly review and update Procurement process / mapping align to Group policy, ISO Standard, statutory requirement and transparent practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Agreement preparation and implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Database development and implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supplier evaluation and measurement report and control supplier performance as standard level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing Purchasing Management systems and procedures to improve cost. efficiency, accuracy and ensure supply continuity to meet schedule requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify areas of improvement to improve competitiveness and efficiency with sound corrective action, define responsibility and deadlines. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and executing end-to-end procurement process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in shipping will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer Literate (Microsoft Word & Excel & Power Point) \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detailed knowledge of techniques for effective supplier relations and negotiations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and resourceful enough to resolve ad-hoc purchasing related problem. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have experience with Vendor Management and logistic. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses existing leadership experiences and capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in planning, organizing and execution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic negotiator to optimize interests / benefits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in analytical skills with sharp focus on priority and key actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
