About the job Procurement Cum Logistics ExecutiveAbout the Company\xef\xbb\xbfOur client is a building material supplier, founded in 2013. \xef\xbb\xbfTheir headquarters is located in Singapore and their factory is in Johor. They are looking for a Procurement cum Logistic \xef\xbb\xbfExecutive to join their team. The role is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials, supplies and logistic matters.\xef\xbb\xbfJob \xef\xbb\xbfResponsibility

• \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company\'s needs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
• Manage the procurement budget and report on procurement performance.
• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and distribution.
• Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ability to ensure efficient communication with superiors and co-workers to maintain alignment and coordination.
• Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfOpen to fresh graduates and entry level candidates
• Fluent in Mandarin speaking.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• \xef\xbb\xbfRM 2,800 to RM 4,000
