  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

TanggungjawabFirst Vacancy:
  • To deal with principal & sales team on all CS related report / planning / next step
  • To analyse on hand inventory mix, monitor on shipment planning, as well as inventory number
  • To monitor on dormant SKU, and expedite/coorporate with sales team on the flush out planning
  • Take charge as liaison person for PWR business, include ordering, receiving, invoicing and any other CS related issue
  • To back up on current other agencies.
Second Vacancy:
  • Handling the issuance of Credit Note
  • Back up the invoicing for Melaka principal
  • Filing, check running number of CN & Separate CN seller copy prepare a listing to seller by Seller code
  • Preparing monthly report to the superior
