Client Background: Showroom/Warehouse Industry : Supplier/Distributor Location: Johor Bahru Headcount: 1 Position Title : Procurement Executive Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM2,800 - RM4,000 Job Responsibility: - Performing inventory inspection and ordering supplies and stock as necessary. - Inspection stock and reporting any faults. - Updating and maintaining record of orders, payment, received stock and invoice. - Coordinating with delivery team and following up delayed or orders that have been rescheduled. - Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing record. - In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase order delivery and shipment schedule. - Monitor stock levels and get approval from HOD to place orders. - Schedule production plan with manufacturers and ensure timely fulfilment of - orders. - Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers or forwarding agents. - Monitor delivery and coordinating with warehouse team. - In charge daily operations intercompany order, delivery & invoicing. - To ensure all the products are follow requirement before loading. - Establishing good relationship with vendors & internal parties. - Follow up closely product certificate with person in charges. - Follow up supplier invoice before due date. - All task instructed by superior. Job Requirements: - Follow instructions from superior. - Able to manage time to complete task on time. - Ability to work with multi task. - Goods communication and negotiating skills. - Able to work independent, teamwork, positive thinking. - Proficient in computer (Microsoft word and excel)
