Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.? ?Understand the Company's product requirements and specifications to ensure accurate and effective purchasing.

2.? ?Source suitable suppliers and perform effective price negotiations to achieve cost efficiency.

3.? ?Communicate and liaise closely with all suppliers , including from China, and not limited to managing quotations, confirming product specifications, product quality, translating documents if needed, and coordinating shipment, packaging requirements and/ or delivery arrangements.

4. Ensure optimum stock levels which include timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery of stock .

5 . Maintain monthly purchasing records , assist in budgeting activities and present stock status report to the Management .

6 . Handle SQL system entries, including Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Delivery Order, and Invoice processing.

7 . Process supplier payments accurately and maximise the credit period given by the suppliers.

8 . Monitor and follow up on outlet supply activities to ensure smooth operations.

9 . Work closely with operation, production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

10 . Manage E-Invoices and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, not limited to timely submission.

11 . Product costing analysis, not limited to supplier price negotiation, determining retail prices to outlets, calculating central kitchen production costs, and supporting outlet food menu costing.

12 . Assist in stocktake exercises and input production records when required.

13 . Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all procurement as well as costing activities.

Job Requirements:

1.? ?Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, Finance, or related fields.

2.? ?Minimum 1-2 years working experience in procurement, F&B supply chain, retail purchasing, or related field.

3.? ?Ability to communicate with suppliers from China (basic Mandarin or experience using WeChat for business communication ) is an added advantage ) .

4.? ?Strong negotiation, analytical, and budgeting skills.

5.? ?Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

6.? ?Experience in using SQL system or other purchasing/inventory software is an added advantage.

7.? ?Strong attention to detail and capable of maintaining accurate documentation.

8.? ?Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple purchasing tasks simultaneously.

9.? ?Team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.

10.? ?Willing to work closely with operations, marketing, central kitchen, logistics, and outlet teams.

11.Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
