Procurement Intern

Job Description

Intern will be supporting the role for purchasing and contracting activity including but not limited to sourcing, vendor screening and prequalification, request for quotation and negotiation, system adminitrative assistance.
Accountabilities : * Vendor screening, prequalification, supplier quality management administration

  • Organizing related documents such as contract list, OTIF list and others
  • System administration support (SRM & SAP)
  • Exposure to relevant stake holder for improvement projects minimum 1 with presentation
  • Involve in execution of agreement review with Buyer and legal team until the agreement is signed according to authorization matrix
Requirement : * Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Duration of internship : 4 - 12 months
  • Data Management - Accuracy and Integrity of how raw data is captured and interpreted
  • Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Adhere compliance to Bunge policy to safety & ethics
