We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Procurement Intern
to support our purchasing operations. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in procurement processes within a dynamic property management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for materials and services.
Support the team in preparing and processing purchase requests and purchase orders.
Update and maintain procurement records, supplier lists, and price databases.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance (price, quality, delivery, service).
Help monitor stock levels and liaise with store/maintenance teams for replenishment.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Procurement Executive or Manager.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work location: Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur (near LRT Sultan Ismail).

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
