Role Overview / ????

We are hiring a

Procurement / Purchasing Officer (????)

with strong sourcing experience--particularly in

China and Southeast Asia

--to support our fast-growing international business.

This is a

remote, full-time role

reporting to our sourcing lead in Malaysia.

Note: This position is open only to Chinese candidates residing in Malaysia who are fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. This is essential for communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities / ????

Source and evaluate suppliers in

China, Vietnam, Malaysia

, and other Southeast Asian countries Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and shipping terms (e.g., FOB, EXW, CIF) Issue and track purchase orders from multiple vendors Coordinate with internal logistics and U.S.-based warehouse teams for inventory and shipments Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports ????????????????????????? ??????????????????????MOQ???????????FOB?EXW?CIF?? ??????????????? ?????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ??????????????????
Requirements / ????

Must be of

Chinese descent

and

currently residing in Malaysia

Fluent in both

Mandarin Chinese

and

English

(spoken and written) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or international/regional sourcing Familiar with sourcing in

China

and

Southeast Asia

Knowledge of international trade terms:

FOB, CIF, EXW

, etc. Strong negotiation, organizational, and supplier management skills Must have your own computer and a stable internet connection Able to work full-time:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MYT
