Our Sales Team is looking for a Product Manager - Air, reporting to our Business Line Manager, - South-East Asia, Specialty rental. The ideal candidate play an important role overseeing the development and improvement of Air Products. Understanding customer experiences, product pricing, and determining feature requirements.
Mission
It will be your mission to develop and execute the total solutions roadmap, way to market strategy & value sales strategy of the AIR business line to accelerate sustainable profitable growth in Specialty Rental South-East Asia.
Develop and define the total solution roadmap and consequent fleet needs
Develop value sales strategy and the necessary competence development
Develop market share increase strategy
Drive diversification of products and customer segments
Outstanding professional support to the whole sales team
Play a key role in defining the Sustainability roadmap for the organization
What we expect from you
The responsibilities will include as below
Give Pro-active techno-commercial support to the sales team in close collaboration with the BLM
Develop our total sustainable product solutions and fleet roadmap
Develop Value sales strategy (upselling and cross selling) to ensure we deliver sustainable, best fit and productivity enhancing solution to our customers, while increasing customer share
Be responsible for the price management of core products in line with the market needs and value sales. Collect and interpret pricing information in line with the local competitive situation to assure that consistent pricing strategies are implemented.
Be the driver to develop a digital 360 degree product platform to provide the team and management with the right analytics for future decision making
Take ownership of all market analysis & research, such as but not limited to potential mapping for our core products in the existing and developing markets / latest market trends / new segments / applications
Active screening and mapping of competitor activities and trends, and drive activities to maximize our competitive edge.
Develop our project roadmap for market share improvement, through brand management, territory management, segmentation, channel management.
Be the owner of the IIR database (Project database) to effectively utilize the platform to drive our growth plans in Individual market
Keep a close co-ordination with the marketing team to drive the lead generation process and content strategy. E.g. provide tailor made content to drive the specific campaigns.
Develop and roll out sales tools to support our value sales strategy
Support the BLM with accurate sales forecasting
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
With at least 5 years of relevant sales management and/ or product marketing experience in prime equipment.
Knowledge of various industry segments & compressed air applications
Have a good understanding with experience working with sales team
Product knowledge and project management skills are mandatory
Technical savviness and fast adoption to new tools and technologies
Solid understanding and appreciation of the sales process is essential
Result oriented with a self-motivating personality
Innovation is the blood running through your vanes
Excited about digitalization and transparency
A strong and active communicator who can work with many different profiles of people across all levels in the organization
Willingness to travel
