Role Overview
As a Product Manager specializing in credit products, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of credit-related offerings. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding market trends, and driving the strategic vision for credit products from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy for credit offerings, aligning with business goals and market demand.
• Conduct market research to identify credit trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk management, finance, and compliance teams, to define product specifications.
• Work closely with UX, development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of the credit product roadmap.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure credit products adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, for credit-related products.
• Work with development teams to create and iterate on product prototypes and features.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the performance of credit products.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to inform ongoing product enhancements.
• Act as the advocate for credit product users, understanding their needs and preferences.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the credit or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit products, risk management, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
