Role Overview
As a Product Manager specializing in insurance, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative insurance products that meet market needs and business goals. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, understanding regulatory requirements, and driving the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy for insurance offerings, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the insurance sector.
• Gather and prioritize feature requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and regulatory considerations.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, and legal teams, to define product specifications.
• Collaborate with UX, development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
• Work with development teams to create and iterate on product prototypes and features.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of insurance products.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
