Job Title: Product Owner (Finance Data)Location: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaDuration: Full TimeKey Responsibilities:

• Own and manage NetSuite data pipelines, revenue models, and financial data structures to support subscription-based revenue transformation.
• Lead the transition from Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Recurring Revenue (NRR).
• Define product strategy to modernize gross-to-net revenue modeling, aligning with sales incentive compensation and commissions.
• Collaborate with Unified Billing Systems (UBS) Product Owner, C360 Product Owner, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Engineering to align data strategy with billing system transitions.
• Drive the migration from legacy finance data models to NetSuite SuiteBilling, ensuring seamless integration with business systems.
• Work closely with Finance as the primary stakeholder, engaging with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) teams as extended stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency while optimizing financial reporting for business decision-making.

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Finance Data, or Revenue Operations.
• Expertise in NetSuite, revenue modeling, data pipelines, and finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of ARR/NRR modeling, incentive compensation structures, and financial analytics.
• Experience in subscription-based business models and financial data modernization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Rev Ops, Data Engineering, and Product Teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and strategic mindset.
