Job Description

To meet Dermatologists and hospital teams and make presentations to persuade potential customers including hospital medical officers, pharmacists, purchasers, and nurses to use our goods which include medicines and prescription drugs. Job Responsibilities:- - Manage sales opportunities for existing customers and develop new customer base. - Increase sales revenue and achieve sales target set by the company. - Regular visits and maintain a good business relationship with key customers \xe2\x80\x93 doctors, pharmacists, purchasers/buyers and staff nurses. - Keep excellent and prompt communication between customers and the company pertaining to business. - Promote product through good product knowledge. - Improve sales, encourage repeat purchases and increase product usage from customers. - Report on competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities and market situation. - Review regularly the customer master list and recommend for updates. - Submit monthly sales report and monthly itinerary call plan timely - Participate in events, conferences and seminars. - Work along with immediate supervisor and marketing team during field work. - Help the Marketing Team in Market Surveys for existing products and new products. Job Requirements:- - Must have good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. - Good communication skills - interpersonal skill, negotiation skills, presentation skill, selling and networking skill. - Good in sales planning and forecasting. - Must possess a valid driving license and willing to travel. - The incumbent will be responsible for part of Central Region (KL territory), Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor. - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree or Science background or equivalent. - Must have 1-3 years of sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical industry. - Candidates having sales experience in Aesthetics or Dermatology background will be an added advantage.
