s:

• Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
• Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
• Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
• Develop effective induction programmes
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field,Business Studies / Administration / Management,Marketing,Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Education / Training or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
• 1 Full-time/Permanent positions available
