1. Responsible in providing planning support for customers which include planning competency covering demand / supply analysis, resource management, production control and scheduling. 2. To drive and work closely with production teams to execute all initiatives in achieving the production targets and objectives. 3. To coordinate planning activities to ensure timely production schedule and prompt delivery of finished goods to customers. 4. Issue job sheet for order processing and conduct checking to ensure its accuracy. 5. Follow up with the Production Supervisor(s) to ensure that the production schedule is completed 6. To plan and arrange for operator overtime if necessary. 7. To deal with Sales Coordinator to acknowledge orders and confirm delivery date. 8. To plan and provide Material
