Assist in planning and scheduling daily production activities.
Ensure production meets shipping deadlines based on forecasts or customer orders.
Monitor and update production progress to maintain a smooth workflow.
Coordinate with relevant departments to distribute production schedules or work orders.
Analyze materials, scope, and specifications to plan manageable work elements.
Track and report production performance using control systems.
Coordinate and expedite purchase orders and the delivery of materials.
Prepare replacement orders for lost or damaged materials.
Revise production schedules in response to design changes, material shortages, or other delays.
Communicate production status clearly to all relevant departments.
Support management in efficiently resolving production-related issues.
Requirements
STPM / Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
