Job Description
Our Client : Our client is a Taiwan based Electronic Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), currently expanding its production facility aiming to ramp up its production capacities in Penang, Malaysia.

Location : Bayan Lepas FTZ, Penang
Tenure : Permanent, Full Time
* Arrange the jobs for production personnel.
- Handle quality issues within production line.
- Manage all of materials and finished products.
- Review related documentations.
- Train and educate operators.
- Manage production operators and maintain working environments.
- Improve productive yield rate.
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.
- Proficiency in computers and office software.
- Superb leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques.
- Able to work shift.
- High Stress resistance.
