Production Leader
Job Description
1. Responsible for the production organization and team arrangements according to the production plan 2. Responsible to lead, train and manage a team 3. Responsible for the deployment, scheduling and attendance of team members. 4. Responsible to follow the SOPs for the production 5. Responsible for staff allocation and assignment 6. Responsible for the 6s on the production area 7. Responsible for production safety and staff discipline 8. Instruct the team for the correct ways on production and reduce production losses 9. Responsible for production material and product management 10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner Job Requirements 1. Diploma or higher 2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably in production line 3. Understand the management methods for the production site 4. Equip with coordination and management skills and able to work under pressure 5. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) 6. Have good professional ethics and obey arrangements 7. Good at communication and coordination and have a good sense of teamwork 8. Preferable age between 25 \xe2\x80\x93 35 years old (Chinese Speaker) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
