Job Description
1. Responsible for the production organization and team arrangements according to the production plan2. Responsible to lead, train and manage a team3. Responsible for the deployment, scheduling and attendance of team members.4. Responsible to follow the SOPs for the production5. Responsible for staff allocation and assignment6. Responsible for the 6s on the production area7. Responsible for production safety and staff discipline8. Instruct the team for the correct ways on production and reduce production losses9. Responsible for production material and product management10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely mannerJob Requirements1. Diploma or higher2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably in production line3. Understand the management methods for the production site4. Equip with coordination and management skills and able to work under pressure5. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)6. Have good professional ethics and obey arrangements7. Good at communication and coordination and have a good sense of teamwork8. Preferable age between 25 - 35 years old (Chinese Speaker)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthBenefits:
