Job description:
l Head the plant operations and supervise the Production, QA, Maintenance, and Safety functions.
l Meet targets for plant production, productivity, costs etc.
l Overall responsibility would include setting up systems, operations budgeting, production interface with sales, optimizing on productivity, cost, and quality and customer satisfaction.
l Direct and coordinate production, processing and shipping activities of the organization.
l Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
l Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or other processing problems.
l Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control, lean and safety programs.
l Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
Requirements:
l BE / BTech (Mechanical)
l Minimum 10 years in steel-sheet fabrication or related industry.
l Last 5 years in production Management level
l Rich experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management
l Good communication skills
l High leadership Skills
l Result oriented
l Excellent people management skills
l Knowledge of Factory laws
l Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin
