\xef\xbb\xbfPosition: Production/Factory ManagerReporting to: DirectorAuthority: ProductionResponsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Oversee all aspects of PVC product production.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of production orders.\xc2\xb7 Supervise shift staff and ensure their safety.\xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain factory safety protocols.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system and documentation.\xc2\xb7 Maintain standards compliance for all products.\xc2\xb7 Manage stock of raw materials.\xc2\xb7 Organize and execute annual maintenance schedules.\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain a maintenance logbook.\xc2\xb7 Record and manage spare parts inventory for machinery.\xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy and readiness of container loading/unloading and deliveries.\xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness of production area and machinery.\xc2\xb7 Report monthly raw material usage and shift production figures.\xc2\xb7 Provide monthly production output reports to management.\xc2\xb7 Exercise overall control over factory personnel.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Minimum tertiary education.Experience:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\' experience in a related field.Competencies and Skills:\xc2\xb7 Ability to work efficiently under pressure.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and computer systems.\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written English communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Positive and proactive attitude towards work.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Chemical
