LOCATION : JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR DAILY Leads daily briefing for all process workers before the start of working shift together with production supervisors and leaders. Topics to be briefed during the meeting are: i. Production Schedule for Process Area ii. Problems & Issues - eg. Quality, rejection, late start up, discipline, hostel, personal, etc iii. Check attendance - Manpower checklist iv. Memo / notices from various departments 2. Ensure production start-ups are always on-time and running smoothly by making necessary manpower and equipment arrangements 3. Standby & prepare necessary equipments and documents for production usage: i. Machine Breakdown Form, Hygiene Requisition Form, Change Shift Form ii. Equipment & Tools such as hand sock, hand gloves, blade cutters, scoops, etc iii. Stationary such as pens, markers, overtime book, etc 4. Plan & arrange manpower based on shift & process schedule - Manpower Checklist Form 5. Ensure that all workers adhere to the personal hygiene requirement and also Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Production Procedure Manual 6. Ensure raw materials prepared in batches are sufficient based on production process schedule and PJO 7. Liase with other department(s) if there is any new process(es) or problem(s) such as R&D, QC, Engineering, 8. Store, Facilities, HR, etc. Urgent matters must contact immediately by phone or Whatsapp calls. 9. Report to immediate superior, Plant Manager 10. if there is any accident case(s). Attend to the accident and take necessary actions such as apply first aid, send patient to clinic/hospital if required, etc. Accident Report Form must be filled up and submitted to EHS Officer within 24hours of the accident 11. Ensure the compliance of in-process and outgoing product to be within specifications and highest quality. Participate in ISO/HACCP internal and external audits 12. Involve in audit preparation and ensure cleanliness, GMP and audit findings are properly resolved 13. Ensure the products are produced on time, comply with quality control standards, regualtory requirement and customer requirements. 14. Oversea the production activities and personnel. 15. Ensure high employee hygiene standards at all the time 16. Oversea and ensure good housekeeping at production all the time 17. Ensure raw materials prepared in batches are sufficient based on production process schedule and PJO 18. Provide continual trainings for operators, leaders & supervisors on topics such as; i. Form updates ii. Change in product formulation iii. Revision of machine or product specifications 19. Plan & arrange cleaning activities Daily - Every 4 hours cleaning activity for all process areas 20. Ensure the compliance of in-process and outgoing product to be within specifications and highest quality. 21. Key in data report into ERP System & Eportal System 22. Overtime - refer logbook process 23. Annual Leaves - https://win2food.myhr.click/ 24. Report issues pertaining to food safety and quality to Assistant Production Manager / Production Manager / Factory Manager and take necessary actions to alleviate or solve the issues. Contact other relevant departments if require help. WEEKLY & MONTHLY Required to come to work early at 6.00am for production start up when required, depending on production schedule. Plan & arrange cleaning activities Weekly - Production Shutdowns (Housekeeping Activity Record) Arrange to change all the pallets in production area on weekly basis to prevent pest infestation. Follow up on ON-HOLD issue(s) and carry out necessary actions based on approved NCR(s) to solve problem(s) or issue(s) within the production process areas. To conduct nonconformances and complaints investigatiopn (internal & customer complaints). Ensure that all NCRs and complaints in relation with product quality and food safety are resolved properly. Recommend and monitor the corrective and preventive actions. Ad-Hoc Participate in ISO/HACCP internal and external audits Involve in audit preparation and ensure cleanliness, GMP and audit findings are properly resolved (monitor from previous audit findings).
