JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for planning the department staff structure, and effectively implement and maintain the quality management system within the department. Coordinate and control the entire manufacturing process. Introduce and develop proper workflow or system to ease the production process. To ensure production lines are not interrupted and all planned and scheduled processes proceed at the most effective, efficient and work-environment safe manner and costs. Resolve problems by analysis and investigations. Supervise and maintains subordinates by training and developing personal growth opportunities.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent. At least 3 years in supervisory role is required. Preferred language:Mandarin due to nature of work. Strong technical and analytical thinking with problem solving skills. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Shift rotating position.
