7+ years of experience in production support, incident management, or a similar role.
Experience with ITSM tools like Remedy, ServiceNow or Jira.
Understand or experience in IT incident and problem management procedures of a defined perimeter
(preferably in banking/finance or insurance)
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, Windows environments.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation.
Understanding of database management (SQL/Oracle) and middleware technologies (WebLogic, MQ).
