Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Prepare training materials and implementing training programs Plan & conduct informative/technical training sessions, including Ad Hoc Training for both new & existing Direct Labor Train and certify Direct Labor on general training (questionnaires, observe behavior) and production process through on job training Collaborate with Management to identify training programs, policies, procedures & best practice & to assure training content is updated and aligned with company policies & procedures Develop monitoring systems to ensure that Direct Labors are performing job responsibilities according to training Evaluate on a regular basis Direct Labor skill and knowledge levels relevant to their assigned responsibilities & identify area of improvement Development, revision and optimization of training material, technical instruction as well as working instruction Ensure that training solutions are designed in a logical, structured and clear manner, reflective of learning objectives and suited to a variety of learning styles Planning & managing training schedules, book and setting up classrooms and training venues Update & maintain training records of trainees' progress and achievements., measure effective of training Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assign by Management from time to time

Requirements

:-

Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience training in a Manufacturing environment. Ability to work different shifts at a time to train Direct Labor working on each shift Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software Good interpersonal skills and observational skills to assess trainees' understanding and progress, and make any necessary adjustments to the training program Excellent communication, consulting and influencing skill Able to mentor, encourage & lead team Able to work under pressure Excellent presentation skills to present training programs. Ability to comprehend knowledge of the training topic & competent to demonstrate the skill

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
