Job Description
Core responsibilities
Employee training:
Conduct training sessions for new hires, "on-the-job" training for operators, and ensure employees have the necessary skills for their assigned workstations.Quality and compliance:
Monitor operator performance, ensure adherence to work instructions and company policies, and perform process audits to maintain quality standards.Documentation and reporting:
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain accurate training records, and submit regular reports on training activities and performance.Process improvement:
Evaluate job efficiency and recommend improvements to optimize production.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM7,286.45 per month
