Quality and compliance:
Monitor operator performance, ensure adherence to work instructions and company policies, and perform process audits to maintain quality standards.
Documentation and reporting:
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain accurate training records, and submit regular reports on training activities and performance.
Process improvement:
Evaluate job efficiency and recommend improvements to optimize production.
