Conduct training sessions as required to improve skill competency and efficiency to close the production gap.
Provide
employee skill training and re-certification
to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
Prepare, review, and
update employee training materials
in accordance with current processes and quality requirements
Perform
employee online audits
and maintain training and certification records
Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiative.
Update employee skill matrix
Conduct training assessment for post training session.
Work closely with QA, Engineers, Line Leaders, Technicians, and other team members to achieve production goals.
Carry out
any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor
from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided
Experience in
manufacturing or electronics assembly
is an added advantage.
Good communication skills
, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at different levels.
Strong teamwork mindset
and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
; experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
IPC620 / JSTD-001 certification
is preferred and considered an added advantage.
Able to
read and follow work instructions in Chinese/English
.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Willing to work shift and overtime when required.
