NIC Communication & Governance Support Responsibilities

• Support the Head of NIC covering Program Communication, Delivery, Budget Operations, KPIs Management, Synergy Deliverables.
• Coordinate updates to Board, Audit, MIW, JTC, Corp Comm, Governance, Compliance, Change & Risk Management so as to support the operational and administrative requirements of NIC as per set objectives.
• Review and periodically report program progress, highlight and recommend solutions to manage gaps so as to achieve the set goals.
• Conduct post analysis to enhancement process so as to meet stakeholder expectations and program goals.
• Synergize all the NIC process and guidance to meet all board, audit, governance, compliance and risk matters.
• Update and to timely deliver all progress and status as well as collaborate cross functionally with respective heads or managers to ensure accuracy.
• Single point of contact for NIC to governance, Compliance, Change and Risk management needs.
• Consolidation of group NIC KPI achievement or derailments.
• Adherence to capex guidelines and flag gaps.
• Point person for any other ad-hoc request and remedies required within integration and consolidation program.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Good Knowledge & command of MS Office
• 5 years of experience in Wireless Telecommunication.
• Knowledge in Strategy management & best practices will be added advantage.
• Personality preference: Team player, proactive, resourceful and able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
