Work Location : Batu Kawan, Penang *** Able to work in the construction site*** Working days : Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday (8.30am - 5.00pm) Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Timely identification and compliance to all internal and external risk arising within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business that is related to your scope of work. \xc2\xb7 Protect items and products under your custody from damage and deterioration and securing such items storage from pilferage, theft and fire at all times. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and review information and data on projects to ensure compliance with procedures and work standards to effectively address the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management System requirements. \xc2\xb7 Accountable all project related matters are resolved within the time frame as defined in the relevant procedures and business rules of the Company. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all project and maintenance & repair enquiries, requests and complaints raised are planned, coordinated and implemented according to the established work procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. \xc2\xb7 To perform work as instructed from immediate superior or his assigned personnel. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all project operational documentation requirements are prepared, submitted and filed resolved within the time frame as defined by Project Client specifications, including but not limited to project document control specific to projects requirements and project office administration \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all related enquiries, requests and complaints raised are resolved promptly and satisfactorily in order to secure planned outputs accordingly for projects and maintenance & repair works. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to attend to project site as an when needed and requested by Project Client or Project Management Office. \xc2\xb7 Accountable all project related matters are resolved within the time frame as defined in the relevant procedures and business rules of the Company. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all project and maintenance & repair enquiries, requests and complaints raised are planned, coordinated and implemented according to the established work procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and review information and data on projects to ensure compliance with procedures and work standards to effectively address the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management System requirements. \xc2\xb7 Assist the Project Director\xe2\x80\x99s Office in monitoring and review of operational and related issues in ensuring Client feedback for continual improvement \xc2\xb7 Ensure effective establishment implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 Quality Management System of the Company. \xc2\xb7 Timely identification and compliance to all internal and external risk arising within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business that is related to your scope of work. \xc2\xb7 Protect items and products under your custody from damage and deterioration and securing such items storage from pilferage, theft and fire at all times. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Degree or Diploma in a technical or administrative field \xc2\xb7 Experience in administrative and projects related work \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision \xc2\xb7 Strong MS Office skills and competency, preferably in Project Management \xc2\xb7 Must have management skills in managing internal and external stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
