Title: Project Administrator
Job Purpose/Summary:
looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project meetings, collate / track action items, prepare reports and communicate progress. The Project Administrator will work with a team of Project Managers in supporting the Head of TMO (Transition Management Office).
The main role is to help the projects in meeting the quality standards and delivering on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the project calendar up to date
Retrieve / compile information required discussion / decision / reporting.
Schedule regular meetings, record decisions/minute-taking, and follow up on action items.
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Provide support to the project team as directed by Head of TMO.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education / Certification:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related.
Total Years of Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting Head of Project Management Office (PMO) / Project Director, or similar capacity.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills:
Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office suite
Experience with documentation, preparing flowcharts, and scheduling.
Good organization skill and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Self-starter and team player.
