Job Description

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to contractual quality standards. The Project Manager will lead cross?functional teams, manage client and vendor coordination, and oversee technical, commercial, and contractual aspects of project execution.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle in line with company standards and procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules aligned with contractual requirements.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Establish and monitor progress measurement systems and recovery plans when required.
• Manage project cost forecasting and provide regular status updates to clients.
• Oversee procurement activities, including vendor coordination and contract compliance.
• Handle client change orders, approvals, and close?out activities.
• Ensure all technical specifications and quality requirements are met throughout execution.
• Monitor fabrication progress and coordinate with workshops and QA teams.
• Manage contractual obligations, claims, and technical changes involving clients and vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• PMP or other recognized project management certification preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in a related engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering project management and process plant equipment.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, resource management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
