What You'll Do:

Support the Engineering Manager in planning, executing, and improving manufacturing and assembly processes to meet customer requirements and quality standards. Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including FA buy-off, validation trials, and tool audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams engineering, sales, and production to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production. Review technical drawings, develop internal process documentation, and support tooling and fixture improvements. Provide technical training to production teams before mass production kick-off. Participate in continuous improvement projects and problem-solving related to production and quality.

What You'll Bring:

Diploma or higher in CNC Precision Engineering or a related field. Strong experience in CNC programming and proficiency in Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion, and/or Edgecam.*
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, GD&T, jigs and fixture fabrication, and surface treatment methods. Effective communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
