Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities to ensure smooth implementation of project..
Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from planning stage until handover.
Ensure projects are executed timely, within approved budget and in accordance with contractual requirements, procedures and specifications.
Review and validate technical designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's
Degree in Civil Engineering
is a must.
Min
3 years
of working experiences in Project
development
planning or equivalent
Experience in consultancy firm is a plus.
Flexibility
and Willingness to travel for site supervision across
multiple locations
.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is an advantage.
