Oversee and carry out day-to-day site supervision. Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved standards, quality requirements, and within the timeline. Monitor and inspect rectification progress, including architectural and M&E works, to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, procedures and customer expectations. Report site progress, issues, and non-compliance to the Project Manager/Engineer. Coordinate with contractors and the purchaser to resolve site-related matters. Ensure site safety and adherence to regulations at all times. High-rise maintenance experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification. Able to read and speak Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English will be an advantage. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage. Possess a good attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Working Hours:

8:00 am - 5.00 pm / 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday) 8:00 am - 1.00 pm (Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
