The Job

Overseeing project execution, site coordination, and client liaison.

Supporting pre-sales and post-sales processes including documentation and client communication.

Responsibilities:

a)Project Engineer /Coordination Task

To prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects inclusive of maintaining good relationship with customers. Project progress reporting, coordination of project meetings and resolving project issues. To co-ordinate and liaise with clients, main contractors and sub-contractors on the secured projects. Coordinate site installation and control sub-contractor's works (quality, time & costs) Planning and managing project implementation and construction of project works to meet all requirements. Work together with Project Manager to provide technical solutions to customers. Ensure all completion milestones are achieved, obtain customer signoff and acceptance certification.
b) Sales Admin task

Tender preparation PIC Coordinate with the clients for any inquiries Prepare client's inquiries (quotation), and convert to SO for internal team, PO follow up for the assigned projects, etc Generate the sales, updates sales figures, prepare and update the sales reports every month to finance Prepare, coordinate customer and dealer quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts and specifications in an efficient manner.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field - signage & civil work Possess strong knowledge, skills and experience in project management and hands-on experience in site. Ability to resolve site issues, mitigate, report writing skills, coordinate consultants on site management works with minimum supervision Ability to work under minimum supervision, analytical and a good team player Computer literate and with good spoken & written English Have a pleasant personality Applicants should be Malaysian citizens We offer Permanent or 1 year contract employment.
