Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
• Overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising staff.
• Managing team members to ensure that they are working effectively toward the project\'s goals.
• Coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
• Understand client\'s project specifications (training will be provided).
• Managing the budget and adjusting as needed to stay within limits.
• Reviewing project documents such as scope statements, schedules, and budgets for accuracy.
• Developing a detailed project plan based on client requirements and objectives.
• Working closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the project.
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Assist the PM team lead in creating workflow and handle complex projects such as documentation and liaise with stakeholders.
• Responsible and report to the PM team lead for all projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, events, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in web design and development is advantageous.
• Creatives and passionate about proposing ideas.
• Expert in task delegation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work well under pressure, last-minute changes, and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Knowledgeable in HubSpot, creating dashboard, Power BI, or Tableau.
• The candidate must be residing in Miri, Sarawak, and willing to work in Miri.
