Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor located in Kulim. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a project basis, working collaboratively with project teams to ensure on-time project delivery and cost control. Qualifications Experience in cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting Excellent analytical and numerical skills Experience in the real estate industry or a related field Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Experience with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Revit would be highly beneficial.
