Position Title Project Sales Executive

\xe3\x83\xbb Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities.
- To manage project development from initiation to closure.
- To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target.
- To understand customers\' needs and bring successfully SKK Paint products/ service directly to customers.
- To building and strengthen relationship with potential partners and customers i.e. Contractors, Developer, Design Consultant, Interior Designers & End users.
- To do customer mapping to identify the main players on market segments.
- To develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers.
- To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
- Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.
- Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 At least Diploma / Degree holder in any field of studies.\xe2\x9c\x93 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply\xe2\x9c\x93 Experience in liaising with Architect, Consultant, Contractor, and Building Owner will be an added advantage.\xe2\x9c\x93Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage).\xe2\x9c\x93Minimum 1 - 5 year(s) work experience in Sales / Marketing.\xe2\x9c\x93Good communication skills.\xe2\x9c\x93Ensure work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied.\xe2\x9c\x93Posses own transport.
