• At least one year good sales record and working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• At least one year of experience in construction development / building materials/ recreation equipment\'s/ landscaping will be an added advantage.
• Can speak in English
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication, interpersonal skill & professional presentation skill.
• Willing to travel outstation for business purposes like go for site visit and monitor the on-going project with own transport.

Tanggungjawab

• To plan, formulate strategies and driving team in sustaining existing market and penetrate new market.
• To market the company\'s products and services to the Clients, Consultants, Architects and all interested parties.
• To attend to Clients\' requirement and thereafter to design proposals that meet the requirement.
• To furnish tender document, prepare quotations, bill of quantities, drawings and getting them ready for presentation to the Clients.
• To maintain close working relationship with the Clients, Consultants, and Architects etc and continually provide pre-sales, site coordination & post-sales supports, product updates.
• To work closely with internal project team to ensure the projects are in optimal performance achieving Customers\' satisfaction.
• To work closely with the management to develop Sales plans, market approach and revenue target.
